About 205 people are confirmed dead in Spain after record-level rains triggered flooding which washed away buildings and people.
The numbers are expected to rise as more rain is expected to fall. Piles of debris, mostly cars and parts of houses, can be found.
About 500 troops have been called in to help with the 1200 onsite, to aid the survivors searching for people who are missing.
About a year's worth of rainfall happened in a mere hours - causing devastating flood waters to wash away people, houses, and cars.
Bridges collapsed, and towns in Valencia were covered in thick heavy mud.
Flooding submerged thousands of acres of farmland in the area, which produces 66% of the citrus fruit in Spain - and the world's top exporter of oranges.
Waters have subsided in Valencia, but emergency services still have not been able to reach the areas blocked by roads.
