The former contestant of America's Next Top Model in 2010, Jenn An, is suing Kanye West (or 'Ye'), after an incident of sexual assault and strangulation. This allegedly happened on the music video for La Roux's 'In for the Kill'.
The video was filmed on September 7, 2010 in the Chelsea Hotel in NYC, NY.
Jenn claims West picked her to be one of the background actors and models. "Give me an Asian girl." he said. She said to him "I'm not wearing very much" and he said "That's why I picked you." Apparently she was only wearing lingerie.
West ordered everyone to leave except for An, then began filming the sexual assault. He strangled her with both hands, and 'rammed several fingers down her throat', continuously moved them in and out, gagged her for about 1 minute. He then said "This is art. This is fucking art. I am like Pacsaso."
Universal Music Group and Interscope were named in the suit. It is unbelievable that people with money and self-perceived authority can run amok in today's society. Apparently carefree, believing they are safe from violence or repercussions.
Kanye is not unfamiliar with lawsuits and workplace allegations in the past few months. He was banned from Instagram in 2020 after violating the company's harassment policies.
