Three men have accused Sean 'Diddy' Combs of rape, according to sexual assault lawsuits filed. They alleged that Diddy drugged them with spiked drinks and then raped them in 2022.
The plaintiffs went to parties with Diddy, and in 2 cases in hotels and a 3rd at his mansion in the Hamptons. This is where he gave them alcoholic drinks laced with a drug which caused them to pass out. They became awake when he was raping them.
Diddy denied these allegations, and pleaded not guilty. He claims they are 'full of lies' and that 'We will prove them false and see sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him.'
One claimed his attack was recorded on video, and he was given $2,500 in cash by a man who operated the camera.
Thomas Guiffra is a NY based trial lawyer, and he said this about the case:
“Combs would drug the people, they would wake up while he was raping them, and afterwards they would be rushed out the door, receive threats from people who worked for Mr Combs, and be frightened into silence.”
Giuffra said that same pattern “happened on every single one of these cases”. He added that he had received about 60 calls regarding cases against Combs and that “these are the three that we are filing at this point”.
