A new civil suit was brought forward, by the victim, who was 13 at the time in the year 2000 - that she was raped by JayZ (Shawn Carter) and Sean 'Diddy' Combs.

The person is known as 'Jane Doe' and said the assault happened after she was driven to an MTV Video Music awards after-party.

A Texas-based attorney, Tony Buzbee, filed the suit on behalf of the victim, did not comment yesterday.

Carter rebukes the claim.

"These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!! Whomever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away, would you not agree?" Carter said in a statement to NBC News. "These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case."

Combs had this to say:

Combs called the suits "shameless publicity stunts, designed to extract payments from celebrities who fear having lies spread about them, just as lies have been spread about Mr. Combs."

"As his legal team has said before, Mr. Combs has full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor,” the statement read.

“You have made a terrible error in judgement thinking that all ‘celebrities’ are the same,” Carter added in his statement Sunday. “I’m not from your world. I’m a young man who made it out of the project of Brooklyn. We don’t play these types of games. We have very strict codes and honor. We protect children.”

One driver said he worked for Combs and she 'fit what Diddy was looking for." and he invited her to return to his car later in the evening, transporting Carter and Combs.

She was forced to sign a nondisclosure agreement upon arrival - something completely illegal for a minor.

After that, the party was filled with celebrities and people doing coke and marijuanna.

She was given a drink and immediately felt dizzy. She went into a bedroom to rest. Shortly after, Combs and Carter entered the bedroom and said "You are ready to party!".

They removed her clothes, held her down and raped her while Combs and an unnamed female celebrity watched.

It is alleged she had to strike Combs in the  neck multiple times to break free - as they were attempting to force her to perform oral sex.

The accuser is seeking unspecified damages. The lawsuit is filed under New York’s Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act.
