Money Has a Price

One only has to look at Venezuela to see how far corruption and socialism has literally destroyed and devalued a company's money to the point of ridiculous. All food is very expensive. Gasoline and oil - while abundant, is cheap. But you can't live off diesel and gasoline.

It's no surprise people from South America are jumping onto trains and hitching rides to America - illegally.  It's gotten so bad that the Texas Government has decided to shutdown any train that heads into the state from South America. 

Hundreds and hundreds of illegal immigrants are riding on these trains meant to carry produce, grain, and even petroleum products. Some of these people die on the way to their destination. Only to find out - they'll be held in detention centers, and eventually deported back to their own country.

Having this many illegal immigrants in the country is dangerous and unpredictable. Are they murderers or rapists? Criminals? Do they carry diseases? How are they the United States of America's responsibility? They aren't.

The true fact is: Most will never qualify for American citizenship at any point in their life. Some of them are MS-13 gang members. Do you expect these people to integrate within society without breaking laws, shooting, or killing people?

Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs had to deploy the National Guard to protect her state from illegal immigrants.

"With this Executive Order, I am taking action where the federal government won’t. But we can’t stand alone, Arizona needs resources and manpower to reopen the Lukeville crossing, manage the flow of migrants, and maintain a secure, orderly and humane border," Hobbs said in a statement on Friday.

Meanwhile, on Fox news:

Fox reported last week that Department of Homeland Security officials told lawmakers this month that there were around 670,000 "gotaways," illegal immigrants who slipped past Border Patrol agents, in FY 23, and that they are releasing an average of 5,000 illegal immigrants a day to non-governmental organizations. 

That is in addition to the over 1,600 migrants being paroled in at ports of entry each day and the up to 30,000 Haitian, Venezuelan, Nicaraguans and Cubans being flown in each month through the Biden administration’s expanded "lawful pathways."

While I agree with immigration: It must only be done with qualified people who will integrate into society and not become a problem.
