Trump's Lead in GOP Widens

The 2024 Presidential nominee preference amongst Republican Primary voters: Former President Donald Trump went from 62% in November to 69%.

This is an increase of 7% since late November and a full 26 points up since last February. This is a sobering moment for Republicans, as they slowly drop out of the race one by one.

In Comparison:

Ron DeSantis is at 12% (down 1%)

Nikki Haley is at 9% (down 1%)

Vivek Ramaswamy is at 5% (down 2%)

Chris Christie is at 2% (down 1%)

and Asa Hutchinson, who we have no idea why is still running, is at 1% and holding.

But it gets worse if you're in President Biden's re-election campaign:

Donald Trump leads Biden at 50% vs 46% for Biden

Nikki Haley and Ron DeSantis are pretty much a wash considering their support numbers.

But the most spectacular failure would be Ramaswamy - his campaign is down 22% since September for favorability ratings.

Trump is viewed favorably by 85% of Republicans, outdistancing DeSantis at 66% and Haley at 44%. In Comparison, Biden has 79% of the Democrat's favorability.

Anyone seriously considering Vivek should seek professional mental health immediately.
