Stuck in jail, how the mighty have fallen. Sean 'Diddy' Combs is now incarcerated in a New York holding cell. U.S. District Judge Andrew L. Carter said that the government proved there was clear and convincing evidence there was no condition or set of conditions that will ensure safety & that the accused won't tamper with witnesses.
Sean Combs was arrested on Monday after an indictment accused him of using his power to entice female victims and male sex workers into 'freak offs'. God only knows what they did there, and sometimes for many days.
It also said he abused women for years, with a vast network of employees and associates. The indictment alleges he used blackmail and violent acts - including kidnapping, arson, and beatings to keep people quiet.
The jail he is stationed at - the Metropolitan Detention Center, holds about 1,200 people. The jail is located in Brooklyn.
Prosecutors have successfully argued that he is a danger to the community and a flight risk.
