Looking stylish and ever so pretty at 55, Lopez went out with a tight-fitting turtleneck shirt, cream-colored pants, and high-heeled boots.
She had on sunglasses and a large brown hand bag. Known for working out and dancing, Lopez said: "It's no secret that I love dancing, so it doesn't even feel like exercise to me." she said.
"I freestyle dance with Tracy Anderson five times a week. We’ll incorporate light weights (3 pounds) for the arms and moves that focus on the butt and thighs and engage the core" she finished.
She recently filed for divorce from her ex-husband Ben Affleck. There was rumors the couple was having marriage problems, and when she finally filed, it was no surprise ot anyone.
