Imagine the excitement of finding a dead whale washed up on shore. You jump outside, yelling and excitedly tell your 6-year old daughter about it. You do the only sensible thing: Buy a chainsaw, and saw the whale's head off to take home.
I know, it sounds ridiculous - but it actually happened to Robert F. Kennedy. Who knows what the hell he was thinking, but it wasn't the first time he brought dead things home.
I do believe he brought a dead animal to central park in New York City. And that animal was dead bear. He found it on the side of the road, apparently struck by a car on the highway.
Because we all know, the only responsible thing to do is to illegally take a wild animal carcass into your vehicle. Normally the state police would take it, and give it to a butcher who would give that to charity.
I could imagine the thought process behind this monumental decision.
The Robert F. Kennedy starter pack:
* Chainsaw
* Sport utility vehicle
* A portable axe or chainsaw
* An understanding wife who will support you in dragging rotting and dead animals
Ouch..
