Diddy has been accused of leading a violent gang rape of a Bay Area woman in a lawsuit viewed by SFGATE and also reported by TMZ earlier this week.
The lawsuit describes Combs and his entourage, which included 2 unnamed men & a friend of Combs named Shane Pearce. They were allegedly raping the woman at Peace's home in Orinda.
The legal document is 63 pages, and includes very graphic information about the assault. The document describes the woman being "rescued" from a bar fight by Pearce, who then took her to his house. Peace called Combs via Facetime and she mentioned that she suspected Diddy was involved in Tupac Shakur's death in 1996.
Combs heard what she said and vowed she would "pay for saying that".
About a month later, she again visited Pearce, but this time, Combs entered the apartment and put on an act like he was going to party.
“His grandiose entrance was so loud that the dogs upstairs began barking,” the suit says.
Combs then pushed a knife against her face and said he was going to give her a "Glasgow smile" if she said anything. The men threatened to ship her off anywhere in the world to be a sex slave, never to be seen again by her family.
They opened a bag of drugs and forced it down the plaintiff's throat, and then raped her.
Combs said 'he was surprised she was still moving' because he 'gave her enough drugs to knock out a horse.'
The lawsuit then claims Combs offered her money and told her to say the rape was consensual and she was a prostitute.
Apparently Combs then phoned his mother, who helped convince the woman to take the cash & not go to the police. She told his mother he had raped her - saying that Combs' mother was not disturbed by this knowledge.
There was an altercation outside between Combs and another man, resulting in a gun shot. They sped off while the woman escaped down a back alley.
Unbelievable.
