Updated: 15 People Dead in New Orleans Attack

WDSU's report indicated that at least 15 people are dead and dozens were hurt after a man drove a F150 Lightning pickup truck into a busy crowd on Bourbon and Canal streets in New Orleans at 3:15 AM.



The driver, Shamsud Din Jabbar, 42, of Texas, is an ex-army veteran. There is also video of three men and 1 woman placing explosives in New Orleans during the investigation into the terror attack.
