Pope Francis has a new picture, the first one in weeks since being admitted to the hospital with a serious respiratory infection.

The lack of mobility and fragility of the pontiff cannot be understated. Now that he has been show with a recent photo, it is suspicious they don't show his face.

Per the cbc:

Doctors underlined that while the Pope's condition is stable, he still requires hospitalization for treatment along with physical and respiratory therapy, which are "showing further gradual improvements," the Vatican said Saturday in the first medical update in three days. 

There was rumors Pope Francis was going to resign, but clearly this is not the case. The Pope is 88 years old, and due to the severity of his illness, it's surprising he has lasted this long.
