The Dirty 15

President Trump's administration announced that more reciprocal tariffs would be launched soon. Things are going to get scary expensive everywhere, for no reason.

Canada, the U.S.'s largest trading partner, has made it to the "Dirty 15" - a list of countries which have tariffs against the U.S. - or 15% that trade heavily and have high tariffs.

Listed from largest to smallest trading deficits (with tariffs):

China, followed by the European Union, Mexico, Vietnam, Ireland, Germany, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Canada, India, Thailand, Italy, Switzerland, Malaysia, Indonesia, France, Austria and Sweden.

And here are the countries that have the largest trade deficits with the U.S.

Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, the European Union, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, the United Kingdom and Vietnam.

The real question is: When will people come to their senses, allow trade and begin negotiating a long-term trade deal. At this rate, the dollar store is going to turn into the Ten Dollar store.

And nobody can afford that.
