At least 23 Palestinians were killed today in Gaza by an Israeli airstrike. The dead include a local journalist, and a senior rescue service official.
That local journalist was known as Hassan Majdi Abu Warda, and several family members were killed after an air strike hit his house.
75 targets were hit by the IDF, including weapons storage facilities and rocket launchers.
About 53,900 Palestinians have been killed during the conflict. Aid organizations say there is severe malnutrition due to the blockage of aid.
There was no immediate comment by the Israeli military.
