About 100,000 Palestinians have been moving around searching for new homes since Israel has ramped up military attacks 2 weeks ago.

And although Israel has ordered evacuations, stating it's aim is to capture 75% of the territory, and send civilians to a zone south secured by their forces. They want to defeat the Palestinian militant group Hamas after >1.5 years of war.

It sounds like an impossible win here.

Malnutrition, hunger, and death stalk the 2.1 million residents. Israel is allowing a small amount of food into the territory - but also increasing air strikes. Each day you hear about people being killed by strikes.

One strike early Monday set ablaze a Gaza City school where newly displaced families were sheltering. It killed more than 30 people including at least 18 children, a Gaza rescue group said. Israel's military said it targeted Hamas militants plotting attacks there.

"We found body parts and everyone screaming on fire," said Jamalat Abdelaal, who came running from her tent nearby, trying to help. "Children. What did they do?"

After a 3 month ban on food, it's no wonder people are starving and in desperate need of medication.

The U.S. has been pressuring Israel - and also Canada - which prompted them to allow limited quantities into Gaza.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said this about Gaza:

"American companies will distribute the food directly to Palestinian families. They'll do so in (a) safe zone secured by our military," Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in a video. "Palestinian civilians will have to move south to get food, and this will allow us to complete our goal of destroying Hamas, while enabling aid to reach the civilian population."

Hopefully Israel will allow more humanitarian aid into Gaza.

When one uses hammers to solve problems, suddenly everything becomes nail.
