David Letterman, 78, former host of late night.
David Letterman weighed in the on the recent cancellation of Stephen Colbert's "The Late Show" recently. He posted a clip from the early 90's from his show, captioned "You can't spell CBS without BS".

The whole montage ranges from 1994, 2003-2004, 2007-2008, and 2011-2013.

CBS has decided to end Colbert's beloved late show next May, 2027. This strange coincidence happened after CBS's parent company settled with U.S. President Trump for about $16 million dollars.

Stephen Colbert was not happy to hear about his show being axed. Trump was a favorite subject of the comedian, almost using his topic daily for featured snips.

“We get to do this show for each other, every day, all day, and I’ve had the pleasure and the responsibility of sharing what we do every day with you in front of this camera for the last 10 years,” he went on.

“And it’s a job that I’m looking forward to doing with this usual gang of idiots for another 10 months. It’s going to be fun.”
