MAYHEM IN MINNEAPOLIS AS SHOOTER KILLS 2, WOUNDS 17

Today is an incredibly sad day for the United States of America. At 8:30 AM CST, a heavily armed person walked towards a Catholic school in Minneapolis today, shooting through windows. An 8-year old and 10-year old was killed, along with 17 others. The killer later shot himself with is own gun, killing himself.

In the suspects social media accounts, there were diary entries that described horrific items of killing children and drawing the sanctuary of the Annunciation Catholic Church. Captured on video, the assailant can be seen showing weapons and firing into the school.

“As horrible as this has been, it could have been far worse,” Mayor Jacob Frey of Minneapolis said. “We’ve got more guns in this country than we have people and it’s on all of us to recognize the truth and the reality that we can’t just say that this should not happen again and then allow it to happen again and again beyond that,” he added.
